My back hurts

My back hurts because of overwork and sitting in front of my PC everyday. Boy, I hate it because when my back hurts nobody can massage my back anytime I want because my husband is always at work and my children are still too young. Our chairs are mostly wood and it's very stiff. Maybe the wood chair I'm sitting causes me to have a back ache because it's very hard and it hurts my back when I recline on it. I hope my husband will massage my back when he gets home from work tonight because it's really painful. Daaaaah kalagot.
