Good morning

Today I am glad because it's Tuesday and my husband won't be at work tonight. He has to go to school though so he won't be home until his classes. His classes start about 6 pm to 8 or 9pm. It's good because he likes the classes his taking and in fact he already know some about computer drafting. Glad he already learned some because he really needs it to teach for his students. Shrimp Paulista

1. Ingredients
-2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
-2 tablespoons lime juice
-1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
-8 cloves garlic, minced, divided
-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, divided
-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2. Cooking Directions
Place shrimp in a medium nonreactive bowl and toss with lime juice, 1/4 cup cilantro, half the garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, marinade and remaining garlic; cook until the shrimp are just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add the remaining 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper. Toss to combine.
Yield: 6 servings

My one year old Son

This is my son named Aaron; he turned one year old on sept.19th 2008. He has been a very good boy and he is so smart. He learn things quickly he started walking when he was about 10 or 11 months old. My back hurts

My back hurts because of overwork and sitting in front of my PC everyday. Boy, I hate it because when my back hurts nobody can massage my back anytime I want because my husband is always at work and my children are still too young. I finally figured it out

We got our new car today

Singer Kelis has been acquitted of all charges in an incident in Miami where she was accused of disrupting a police operation by rushing toward the officers while screaming racial profanities at them.

Authorities were talking to some men in March 2007 the South Beach nightclub district when they said Kelis Rogers-Jones rushed toward them and said one of the men was her husband, Nas, according to the arrest report. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence, but a jury acquitted her of the charges Thursday.

The singer, best known for her chart-topping single, "Milkshake," married rapper Nas in 2005. Well, I don't understand why the jury acquitted her of the charges if she was guilty. They should put her in jail and don't just set her free. Dah makalaton lol.

My both kids got a cold

Yeah, they both have a cold Sarah started to have a cold yesterday and today Aaron got it too. I think because they are always playing together so Aaron got it immediately from her. We got rain this afternoon

It's been a while now that I couldn't have time to water my flower garden. I am glad that sometimes it will rain once or twice a week. But there's time it would never rain the whole week. I am just glad that this last week and this week we got rain. Not too much but at least it rained and it helps a lot my flower garden and our vegetable garden.

An upside down house

Look at this house lol...I've never seen a house like this before. It's my first time to see a house like this hehehe. I was amazed when I saw it and confused why did they build the house like this. But according to them this upside down house is seen in Trassenheide, Germany, Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008. The house was built to enable an alternative view on everyday life for visitors. Sarah always climb out from her crib

My baby Sarah is 2 years old now and 2 months and I noticed for many times now that when I put her in her crib to take a nap during the day. She always climb out from her crib and knock the door because she wants to go out from her room and play lol. I'm worrying about her because it's almost two days now that she didn't take a nap. As I said every time I put her in her crib she would climb out from her crib and knock the door, so I always open the door and let her out because there's no reason for her to stay in her room if she doesn't want to sleep or take a nap. That's why we are planning to buy her a cushion for her bed this weekend. We already have a bed and all we need is the cushion for it, and we want to do that this weekend. It's been a good day

I'd say it's been a good day for me because I caught some fish hehehe. But, it makes me sad to think for all the expenses we are going to face about buying my family a house in Phil. Red Lobsters food

On Saturday we went to red lobsters restaurant to eat lunch, and here's what I ordered for myself the food in the pic. I forgot the name of it but it has shrimp scampi, shrimp coated flour, mashed potatoes, and Alfredo noodles with shrimp too. It got a lot of shrimp and I liked it as I love sea foods. It was a little bit pricey but it was very good I love red lobsters, red lobsters is one of my favorite restaurants.

That I think it's better if I don't go to school this year because my kids are still too young and small. I don't think my father in law can handle to watch both of them. My daughter is old enough for him to watch but my son is still too young for him to take care of. So, I have been thinking that it's better if I don't go back to school right this year. What a night

I couldn't sleep a lot last night for some reason. I just lied down on our bed with my eyes closed but grrrr..I wasn't sleeping. There was too much different things in my mind that bothered me and kept me awake. Boy, it was a bad night and I'm not feeling very energetic to do some work today. I think I'll just give my babies a bath and a shower later this afternoon. That way Sarah will be Sarah to go to church tomorrow with her grandpa and Aaron will be ready to shopping with us tomorrow lol. Our new microwave

Hello guys, this is our new microwave, our old microwave is broken or it's stopped working so we bought a new one on Saturday. We bought a white color microwave this time same color with our stove it's white also. I think this microwave is good and pretty isn't it? I love it it works so good and cook fast.

Anyway, we are planning to buy a new printer too because our printer that we bought on Black friday is now broken. Whew! our things are always seems to become bad these days and we always buy new lol. But hopefully they will stay longer because they are new. According to my husband the microwave will stay about 4 or 5 years so that's not bad. But the printer I'm not sure how long maybe it's depends if it's expensive brand it will stay longer but if it's cheap it will stay only within in a short time. Tama ba?
