My husband is in the diet but he has trouble losing some weight because the diet pill he is using is not effective. Then another bad and sad thing is because he paid a lot of money for the pills he just bought but it's not working for him. It's still almost full of the bottle and he doesn't know what to do with it since it's not effective. I guess he will just keep it until it will go bad. I've never been a huge fan of diet pills either...something about them is very daunting and makes me nervous, although I'm sure there are some good ones out there that really do help.
Something I tried once I started working for Stacker 2 is their Diet & Energy shot. I can feel the energy almost immediately after, and it doesn't make me nervous since it's in liquid form, even though it's got all the same things as the supplements, with added ingredients to help with fat oxidation and mood elevation. (An obvious reminder, those under 18, pregnant or nursing shouldn't use the product)

If you're going to tell people to go buy diet pills you should at least educate them a little about those diet pills. Yes, diet pills can be safe, but a lot of them can be dangerous if taken improperly or if accidentally mixed with the wrong medication.
If you're going to try diet pills, please consult a doctor first!
